Artist's Comments
The two big rings of hyper dense matter have reached the maximum rotation speed. At the center of the chamber ,strange reactions of energy and matter have started forming a small "wormhole" that leads the capsule and it's passenger about 44 years back to the past. This screenshot taken from a project i was working on for the whole month of January, does not show a destructive explosion but a controled explosion of energy creating a "wormhole" through spacetime.

There is nothing interesting or special to say about the making of this scene except the usual: About 46.000 polys & 35 min render time with low AA and motion blur.
