NightShift

This image was created in LW 5.5, and Photoshop for all the textures. I created over 80 different texture and bump maps for the Wildcat ship. It was inspired by my upcoming science-fiction book that I'm currently writing. The Wildcat is one of many spaceships that will also be used in my current work in progress, a 3D space film "Intruder Alert". I used Modeler's traditional tools, and a BG planet image inspired from a NASA picture. Although I would have liked to have a 3D paint program for this type of work, I used the simple technique of screen-shots from Modeler, and painting over them with a Photoshop layer.
