Artist's Comments

One image on TV sent my stomach into backflips, it was a view over a ski jumpers shoulder as he sat on a cross bar waiting to start his run. You could see just the tips of his skis in the air, the ramp, and the crowd as a blur in the distance. Are these people extremely brave or just a little bit mad ?

It would have been much easier (and effective) to video the programme and capture the image, but I had to see what I could manage in the one evening I had available. All sympathy votes gratefully accepted.
